Minou Bazaar Giveaway/ CollectiviteaToday’s giveaway is courtesy of Minou Bazaar and is a gift certificate worth $50 that can be used at their Etsy store to get your hands on some gorgeous handcrafted jewelry! Owner and creator Meenoo Mishra is an Indian-American and she makes jewelry, right here in the United States, that is inspired by the fabulous bazaars and markets of India. She gives them a contemporary twist so that the modern woman can wear it every day.  In Meenoo’s own words,”I make jewelry for women who are curious, romantic, and have a passion for other cultures, beauty, history, mythology, and art; women who aren’t afraid to wear jewelry every day, not just for special occasions. I am inspired by color, nature, history, literature, and of course, the shiny and sparkly. I love using vintage Indian bits and pieces of neglected components and findings and combining them with Lucite, glass, crystals, and gemstones to create something new. I take great care and time in choosing shapes, patterns, and colors that remind me of India and its endless source of inspiration.

Thanks for the great giveaway! Love Minou Bazaars’s jewelry!
If I won I would really like the feather necklace with hot pink and orange. I would also have my bff pick out a pair of earrings she likes.
Btw I have been enjoying your magazine and blog so much. It is a real work of art! Please keep up the good work!
    Best,
    Sandra

I love all the Minou Bazaar’s jewelry. Thanks for sharing! Very creative designs. If I won, I would love to get any of the Art Pendant jewelry. Very unique and something I’ve never seen before. I can imagine that it would brighten up an outfit of jeans and simple solid color top/kurti. Maybe even on a simple silk saree.

All the pieces are so exquisite! I usually tend to buy earrings but the necklaces in her shop are practically calling out to me 🙂 I’d like paisley or the coin necklace because they are versatile items that can be paired with everything in my closet.

I love so many of the pieces! If I won I would definitely get one of the art pendants with the Rajput miniatures–probably this one with the delicate featured woman and her sweet cheetal deer friend: https://www.etsy.com/listing/182399581/art-pendant-necklace-india-art-necklace?ref=shop_home_active_4

I’d put the rest of the money toward the pendant with the meditating lotus lady–it’s so pretty. Love the gulabi pink in that one!

I’m a writer and Indian history buff, and I know having this lovely pendant would be a source of inspiration!

She’s so talented! I think my favorite piece is the “Silver Teardrop Earrings Bridal Silk Road Pearl Taj Mahal”

Hey Priya! So excited about all these giveaways! Great way to meet new artisans and appreciate their work. Minou’s designs are the right balance of traditional and whimsical – love it!
    I wouldn’t mind me a Paisley Necklace https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/49697085/paisley-necklace-antiqued-brass-silk?ref=shop_home_active_8

Or indeed some Gold Mint Chandeliers https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/70298039/gold-mint-chandelier-bridal-earrings?ref=shop_home_active_17

    Thank you!

The earrings at the top are gorgeous! The jewelry looks like India jewelry! I bought a moonstone bracelet from India years ago on ebay and still wear it often. What a lovey special giveaway! I would love to go to India someday and see the ancient architecture!

There is too much to love at Minou Bazaar! I’d probably start with the Silver Teal pendant, pick up the Renaissance Medieval Earrings, follow up with the Gold Filigree Earrings …lol. O.k., already over the gift certificate. She really is talented.

This jewelry is so unique and beautiful! I love pieces that stand out in a delicate sort of way. If I had $50, I would probably buy the Lapis Lazuli Necklace. It’s beautiful and reminds me of the way the Earth looks.

I love the Paisley Necklace Antiqued Brass Silk Road Bridal Henna Blue Bird and the Silver Star Necklace! Beautiful pieces!
