New Year Resolutions/CollectiviteaIt’s definitely Tuesday as I write this, but if you have been waiting for the short, weekly Monday podcast, I have it here for you. If you’ve made New Year’s resolutions, this little podcast is for you! You can listen to it here (if you are on your phone, you may need the Dropbox app to listen to it). I talked about my New Year’s resolutions. Opinions seem to be divided on whether we should make them, but if we remove the words ‘New Year’ from the phrase, and the pressure and any disappointment from the word ‘resolutions’ , they just become changes that we can implement in some degree everyday. I like to think of resolutions as gentle reminders to do the best I can on that day- the emphasis being on gentle. Do listen and let me know what you think! If you are looking for a book to read this week, someone suggested  that a good book to start the year was The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide To Personal Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book) by Don Miguel Ruiz. I want to leave you with this thought (below).  Have a wonderful day! Positivity/Collectivitea
