As I sat down to type out today’s gratitude post, I was wondering if it’s okay to just feel grateful for myself. Grateful for me, or in your case, for you. Because that’s what I am grateful for today- for myself. We work hard, do the best we can within our individual circumstances, and it’s important to acknowledge that. The efforts we make, the steps we take. Sometimes, just getting through the day may be the achievement! Whatever your day looked like, whatever you did or did not do, take time today to be grateful for yourself. I know I am going to. I said a thank you to my body for getting me through the day. Thank you for my persistence and tenacity in my work. A Thank you for being there for my family. And for my ability to learn from my mistakes. Once I started, there were so many things I was grateful for in myself, and I am sure you will find the same. Have a fabulous day! -Priya
