Thursday which is usually the busiest of days to get through was not so bad after all. I have set up a practice, something like the practice that musicians do, to spend time with my camera every evening. It’s not part of work, and is just for fun. It’s relaxing yet challenging because the idea is to bring new colors, prints and patterns together. Grateful for this practice which is like an evening meditation! It just requires some planning (cook dinner early, finish exercise at another time etc.) so that I have the free time. We sometimes get trapped into thinking we lack the resources (e.g. time) to do what we want, but using Marie Forleo’s word, it’s all usually “figureoutable“. The key is to move from the lack mindset to the figureoutable mindset.

CollectiviteaToday’s photography session was inspired by my new set of Amrapali earrings that are all kinds of beautiful! This post is part of a gratitude journal that I maintain and update almost daily. To read the gratitude journal entries so far, click here. Have a wonderful day! -Priya
