It’s Saturday night and Day 13 of the 21 Day Gratitude Challenge. Today’s gratitude challenge is to feel good about yourself and to be grateful for yourself. Whoever you are, wherever you are, be grateful for yourself. You, the whole you, with all your strengths and flaws. Whether you consider yourself as having arrived, or whether you feel you haven’t started. Whether you are at the base of the metaphorical mountain, halfway up, or at the top, be grateful for yourself. Don’t wait until you have arrived, or when you have lost 20 pounds, or when you’ve found your dream partner, job or house. Just be grateful for you, right now.
